Get ready for the first Development RFP Boot Camp from Phoenix Community and Economic Development. This isn't your ordinary workshop, it's the one to answer your questions and help you prepare solid, responsive proposals for city-owned property development solicitations from CED.

The CED Procurement Manager will walk you through the process of competing for development opportunities so crafting a proposal won't be so "daunting" after this workshop. This is a chance to learn and understand the process without the pressure of a proposal deadline hanging over your head. It's your time to ask questions and talk about process.

Will there be parking?

Parking is available at the City's public parking garage located at:
305 W Washington St., Phoenix, AZ 85003

CED will validate 1 hour of parking for workshop participants.

What can I bring into the event?

Please note attendees must pass through security, similar to the airport, located at the main entrance of City Hall.
